The most important initiative that the District currently has under way to serve our community is our $3.7 billion, multi-year Capital Improvement and Replacement Plan (CIRP). This program, the largest and most extensive capital program the District has ever embarked on, is meant to expand and rehabilitate our entire systems wastewater collection and treatment capabilities.
