CIRP 2005 Summary

This website is designed to provide the public with concise and readable information about the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District’s Capital Improvement and Replacement Program for Fiscal Year 2005.

The District typically defines its capital improvement projects as either an Infrastructure or Stormwater project (project type). Infrastructure projects involve the repair, replacement or upgrade of sanitary and combined sewers while a Stormwater project, as the name implies, involves improvement to the stormwater conveyance system.

When it is necessary for the District to contract for professional engineering services for the design of a project, the project title in the year the design is funded is annotated as (Design). If the project title does not have this designation, then it is the intent of the District to award a construction contract for the project within this fiscal year.
