Customer Service: Surveys
MSD is committed to providing excellent customer service, and this effort is recognized by our ratepayers. In order to continue to provide quality service to our customers, the District began conducting annual customer surveys in 1996. Using an independent professional polling firm to gather input, we use the survey results to gauge our delivery of customer service -- determining specific areas where we meet customer expectations and identifying areas where improvement can be made.
