CIRP 2005 Stormwater Engineering Projects

There are ten (10) projects included in this section. Of these, seven (7) are related to the design of the construction or reconstruction of stormwater improvements. The word "design" is indicated in parenthesis in the title for these projects. The construction phase of these projects is planned in later fiscal years due to their large scopes of work. The eighth project is for the funding of the District's share of the U.S. Geological Survey efforts relative to creek flow monitoring. The ninth project is for study to determine the feasibility of using existing District property as compensatory mitigation for creek improvement projects.  The final project relates to the identification of creek bank stabilization methods that will be effective in the St. Louis area.  The total estimated cost of these ten (10) projects is $2,475,000.
